Based on the above provisions and according to the presentation of the unit, in case an individual is an employee transferred from the Branch of Five Star Viet Equipment Company Limited (old organization) to Five Star Viet Equipment Company Limited Hung Yen (new organization), if the old organization and the new organization are in the same system, Five Star Viet Equipment Company Limited Hung Yen is responsible for tax settlement under the authorization of the individual for both the income paid by the old organization and collecting the personal income tax deduction certificate issued by the old organization to the employee (if any).
